In order to get there, you’ll need to start building a body that’s not only improving with strength & body awareness, but also has the necessary pre-requisites to help you move efficiently and without risk of injury.
Everyone has to start somewhere, so we’ve made it easy for you to understand where to start (based on your current level of strength & movement patterns). Our goal is to encourage as many people to participate in all our classes, so our initial assessment will give us good feedback to ensure we recommend the right classes for you and demonstrate a clear path of progression.

Get Stronger Class
Our staple 60-minute Strength Class is based on a 3-level strength program designed to get you stronger, build lean muscle mass and help you move better. We’ve adopted the perfect mix of body weight & weighted strength exercises (combined with mobility, pre-hab exercises & core work) to provide our members with unique programming that gets results! Our level 1 Get Stronger Program is the perfect place for everyone to start! Spend the time to work on these very important foundations (with good technique), before progressing onto more intense workouts & skill training.
A 45-60-minute class designed to strengthen your outer ranges of motion, improve your active mobility, body control, body awareness & flexibility. It’s a form of strength training that essentially helps you build a body that’s bulletproof to keeping you do the activities you love to do. The science backed techniques allow you to develop mobility that’s functional & relevant to every day activities.
This class is for everyone (unless injured), regardless of your current strength, mobility & past experiences. We show you how to scale exercises to suit your current mobility, and you get to to build a body that feels great and behave the way its should!
Strength & Conditioning Class
A well structured & balanced class that provides you with a combination of mobility, strength & conditioning, that’s designed to help you build strength, muscular endurance and improve overall fitness levels. You will certainly get your heart rate up, muscles pumping, and the body feeling super sweaty! Expect to see both bodyweight and weighted exercises, combined with various conditioning exercises.
Everyone loves a handstand! This popular class is designed for all fitness enthusiasts (regardless of experiences), with the overarching goal of helping people become better connected with their bodies through improving body awareness, body control, mobility, strength and of course, overcoming fears of getting upside down (one progression at a time). It’s a compact 60-minute class that’s split up into a Novice and an Advanced Class. The first 30 minutes is dedicated to all the relevant body preparation required to then start getting upside down in the second 30 minutes of the class.
Gymnastics Strength Class
This class largely focuses on bodyweight strength training exercises that leverage off the principles and foundations derived from gymnastics. All exercises are scalable (making it achievable for the more novice participant), but the real exciting factor here is the growth journey you can undertake! Working on these key strength foundations quickly opens the door to more advanced skills like pull-up & dip variations, straight arm work, muscle-ups, and even front levers! A typical session starts with 20 minutes of mobility, before a solid core workout, skill development (or exercise progression), then specific strength work. We have participants from 20 to 55 years of age, male & female. If you’re looking to improve your gymnastics strength (bodyweight strength), core & body awareness, then this is the class for you.
Adult Tumbling & Skills Class
This class offers a progression path from our handstand program, where our more advanced participants (or anyone with sufficient pre-requisites) can take their skills to the next level, by learning basic tumbling exercises on our Air floors (and other specific equipment) with the help of experienced gymnastics coaches. Have a bit of fun with your friends learning how to do cartwheels, somersaults, back handsprings, ariels, handstands and even other skills on bars and rings.
